This longstanding local real estate firm is a family-owned company run by multiple generations of San Diego natives, and is located in one of the city’s most nautical locales, Point Loma. For this fun commercial project, JDesign Co. honed in on the business’ San Diego roots and the office’s coastal location to motivate the modern, airy, and casual design for this bright and bustling office. The primary inspiration for the project was drawn from an existing mosaic on the office’s exterior, which was a favorite of the client's grandfather, and served as a unique and personal jumping off point for the design. We used the mosaic to inspire our color palette of bold hues, and combined that with natural, beachy elements to create the ultimate bright, open and welcoming Southern California office space.
