When these homeowners found this untouched lot a couple blocks from the beach, they knew it was the perfect place to build their forever home in Leucadia. Designed and built from scratch by JDesign Co., this 3,500 sqft. family retreat is a dreamy combination of Cape Cod classic style and clean coastal California vibes. The interior color palette features light and airy tones, mixed with neutral tans and rich colorful accents reminiscent of the sea and sand. The soul of the design is brought to life with eye-catching and natural textures, a stunning custom front door, and gorgeous paneling on almost every surface throughout the home. This custom build turned out exactly as the homeowners hoped, as unique and stylish as they are, and it's one of our proudest projects to date.
